Planning a wedding involves hundreds of decisions, moving parts, and timelines — and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, especially as the day approaches. My role is to bring organization, clarity, and calm to the process so nothing is missed and nothing feels rushed.

I work closely with you to understand your priorities, gather and manage the details, and communicate with your vendor team to ensure everyone is aligned. From creating comprehensive timelines to overseeing logistics and execution, I’m there to anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

For couples who have planned their wedding themselves, I step in one month before the wedding to finalize details and manage the transition from planning to execution. For those who need additional guidance, I offer partial and full-service planning to support you at every stage.

No matter the level of service, my focus is the same: thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and a seamless wedding day that allows you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration you worked so hard to plan.
